How We Started
Our company's journey began in North Saanich, BC as a land development company founded by my father Elburn Ottewell in 1978, and has evolved into a full service residential construction company today - managed by myself, Kevin Ottewell. Projects have included small lot construction, single family homes, and renovation work to improve existing homes in our desirable area.
